We use tungsten filaments inside quartz glass to create a concentrated blast of heat.&#xA;Because the power is so concentrated, you aren&amp;rsquo;t sitting around waiting for a heavy metal pipe to slowly get warm. The second you flip the switch, the heat starts moving.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Built to actually last&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Since these get hot fast, we have to be smart about the materials. We use hard-coated quartz tubes so the glass doesn&amp;rsquo;t get cloudy or gross over time.&#xA;We also use R7s or Sk15 connectors. They might sound technical, but all they really do is make sure the connection stays tight. When things heat up and cool down repeatedly, cheap connectors can arc or burn out. Ours just hold on.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A few things to keep in mind&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;If you&amp;rsquo;re putting these in a humid spot, like a locker room, you&amp;rsquo;ve got to make sure the housing is rated for moisture. You can&amp;rsquo;t just plug these into any old circuit, either.&#xA;These lamps pull a lot of current. If your wiring is too thin, you&amp;rsquo;ll get a voltage drop, and your &amp;ldquo;toasty&amp;rdquo; towel will end up just &amp;ldquo;lukewarm.&amp;rdquo; It&amp;rsquo;s worth double-checking the load before you install.&#xA;One last thing: infrared works on a &amp;ldquo;line-of-sight&amp;rdquo; basis. If you fold your towel too tightly or hide it behind a wall, the heat can&amp;rsquo;t &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;reach&lt;/a&gt; it.
