It’s a compact, high-intensity heating lamp made for one thing: delivering precise heat in the tightest spaces imaginable.
The Power in a Small Package
Here’s the thing: we designed this for heat density, not low power. It runs on 400V and hits 2500W, all packed into a 300mm tube. That high voltage is the secret. It lets us push a lot of power through without needing thick, bulky copper wiring. The result? A seriously small assembly. And that 300mm length gives you a tiny thermal footprint. It slips into those cramped heating zones where bigger heaters just throw their hands up and say, “Nope.”
Built to Last, Built to Fit
To handle that kind of heat, we went with a halogen-filled quartz tube. The halogen cycle keeps the element clean, which means a longer life for the lamp and steady, reliable output. And when it’s time to swap one out? It’s a breeze. The R7s connector is a simple, two-pin design. It slides right in, locks fast, and carries the current without any extra mounting hardware eating up space.
Where It Shines (And What to Keep in Mind)
This setup was born for jobs like PET blowing and small-scale plastic processing. You know, the work that needs heat fast, in a tight spot. It heats up quickly, which is a huge win. But there’s a trade-off. Because it packs so much heat into a small area, your machine’s cooling system needs to be up to the task. It has to handle the rise in ambient temperature. The upside?
